Sensei John Evans, Headmaster
John
Evans started his martial arts journey nearly 25 years ago. He has
trained in many different foms of martial arts and has been awarded
rank in several arts. He holds rank in Shaolin Kempo Karate,
Shotokan Karate, Jujitsu and Kosho Ryu
Kempo. Sensei Evans has also trained in Boxing, Ba Gua,
Hsing I, Tai Chi, Yoga, Escrima, Iaido and Grappling.
With all of these studies, and his knowledge of various meditation techniques, he realized that a peaceful martial arts journey was for him.
He founded the Evans Kempo Karate School of Natural Law in 2000. Each day he strives to better his life by being a good husband, father and member of his community.
John's goals are to teach the peace-based martial art of Kosho Ryu Kempo, educate martial artists on the benefits of developing more compassionate self-defense techniques and helping his students learn to let go of their egos.
