I just wanted to once again say thank you for all that you have taught me.  Unfortunately, I had another altercation with an inmate who tried to assault me.  Fortunately, I did just fine and used techniques you have taught me in class.  I was able to restrain the inmate without striking him or being harmed myself.  I was also able to remain calm and collective.  Before your class, I believe I was able to defend myself, but in a much more violent, aggressive, and less effective way.
